irinaana.com is the personal portfolio of Irina Pavel — the Ina Art Tattoo studio in Iași, Romania. The site showcases paintings, drawings, tattoos and hand-made craft, and facilitates contact for commissions.

The site is not an online store: no payments are processed, no cards are charged, and no contracts are concluded directly through the platform. All order details (price, timeline, delivery) are agreed individually via WhatsApp or Facebook.

All displayed work (images, descriptions, designs) is the creation of Irina Pavel and is protected by law. Reproduction, copying, modification or commercial use without the author’s written consent is forbidden.

For permitted uses (personal social sharing, sending to friends), please keep the watermark and credit the author.

Tattoo bookings are confirmed after a preliminary conversation on WhatsApp and, where needed, an in-studio consultation. A deposit may be required to reserve the slot.

You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical condition (allergies, pregnancy, ongoing treatments, dermatological issues). In specific cases a prior medical opinion may be advised.

Cancelling a session less than 48 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit. Rebookings inside that window are handled case-by-case.

Commissioned pieces (portraits, paintings, painted ceramic, spring tokens, etc.) usually involve a 50% deposit and a delivery date agreed at order time.

Intermediate sketches are sent for approval. After final sketch approval, major changes may carry additional cost.

Delivery within Iași can be in-studio or via a local courier; for other locations, courier cost is borne by the client.

The site is provided “as is”, without guarantees of continuous availability. Links to external pages (Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps) are provided for your convenience but their content is the responsibility of the respective providers.

The studio is not liable for post-tattoo reactions caused by failing to follow the aftercare instructions (see the “Tattoo aftercare” page).
